Ingredients/Components
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- white sugar - 5 c
- diced rhubarb - 5 c
- boxes strawberry jello - 2 oz
How to make rhubarb jam:
Cook together rhubarb, sugar and pineapple for 20 minutes. Take off heat and stir in jello. Pour in jars and seal or refrigerate.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jams and preserves.
