Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- chopped rhubarb - 5 c
How to make rhubarb jam:
Place in pan and cook on low heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved. When it bubbles, cook at least 15 minutes. Remove from stove. Add 1 small package strawberry jello. Stir until dissolved. Cool; put in jars. Refrigerate or freeze. Makes 2 (12 ounce) jars or 1 (18 ounce) jar.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jams and preserves.
