Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces - 5 c
How to make rhubarb jam:
Mix first 3 ingredients in kettle. Place over low heat until sugar is dissolved or until fruit is clear. Take off of heat. Add dry Jell-O. Can or freeze.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jams and preserves.
