  • water
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • rhubarb - 4 5

How to make rhubarb dessert:

Wash and cut rhubarb and fill a greased cake pan half full of rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb, then sprinkle dry package Jell-O over sugar. Spread dry yellow cake mix on top of Jell-O. Pour 1 1/2 cups water over the top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until rhubarb is done. Cool and refrigerate.
