Rhubarb dessert
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- nuts - 1/2 c
- cube margarine - 1 item
- finely cut rhubarb - 4 c
- white cake mix dry - 1 pkg
- small can drained crushed pineapple save juice - 1 item
How to make rhubarb dessert:
In a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking pan add rhubarb. Shake dry jello over rhubarb; add drained pineapple. Add dry cake mix (to pineapple juice, add water to make 1 cup). Cut margarine into thin slices and lay margarine slices over cake mix. Pour juice over all. Add nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly.
