  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • 9-inch pie crust
  • rhubarb, sliced 1-inch thick - 4 c

How to make rhubarb custard pie:

Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add eggs; beat smooth. Stir in rhubarb. Fill 9-inch pie crust; dot filling with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes. Cover with one 9-inch pie crust.
