- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- 9-inch pie crust
- rhubarb, sliced 1-inch thick - 4 c
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add eggs; beat smooth. Stir in rhubarb. Fill 9-inch pie crust; dot filling with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Bake at 400° for 50 minutes. Cover with one 9-inch pie crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
