Rhubarb custard pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- rhubarb, cut in chunks
- cream or milk for top - 4 Tbsp
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Put crust on top. Rub milk or cream on top of crust; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
