Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- softened butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- chopped rhubarb - 4 c
- Filling:1 1/2 c
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Combine all ingredients and press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pan.Filling:1 1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. flour dash of salt3 eggs, slightly beaten1 tsp. vanilla4 c. chopped rhubarb Preheat oven to 350°. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Fold in rhubarb. Pour in pie shell. Bake 50 minutes or until center is set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
