Rhubarb custard pie



  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • softened butter - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • chopped rhubarb - 4 c
  • Filling:1 1/2 c

How to make rhubarb custard pie:

Combine all ingredients and press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pan.Filling:1 1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. flour dash of salt3 eggs, slightly beaten1 tsp. vanilla4 c. chopped rhubarb Preheat oven to 350°. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Fold in rhubarb. Pour in pie shell. Bake 50 minutes or until center is set.
