  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • chopped rhubarb - 4 c

How to make rhubarb crisp:

Place rhubarb in a 6 x 10-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Mix the flour, sugar and butter; sprinkle over the rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
