Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- chopped rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb crisp:
Place rhubarb in a 6 x 10-inch baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Mix the flour, sugar and butter; sprinkle over the rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Cobblers and crisps.
