Rhubarb crisp
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- oatmeal
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- Raisin Bran
- fresh nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- fresh rhubarb 1/2-inch cuts - 4 c
- strawberries, 1/2-inch cuts - 1/2 pt
- Polaner All-Fruit preserves cherry, strawberry or peach - 1/4 c
How to make rhubarb crisp:
Bottom Layer:1 1/2 c. Raisin Bran1 egg1/2 c. milk1/4 tsp. vanilla Topping:1/2 c. oatmeal1/2 c. flour3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 stick margarine Mix all ingredients for bottom layer together well and place in bottom of a greased "crisp" pan. Mix filling ingredients well and pour on top of bottom layer. Top with ingredients listed in the order listed.
