  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • melted oleo - 1 Tbsp
  • rhubarb

How to make rhubarb coffee cake:

Mix topping first and let stand (first 4 ingredients). Have ready the flour, sugar, oleo, egg, soda, salt and vanilla. Combine and cream sugar, oleo and egg; add dry ingredients with sour cream and rhubarb. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Put topping evenly over cake before placing in oven. Delicious!
