Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- melted oleo - 1 Tbsp
- rhubarb
How to make rhubarb coffee cake:
Mix topping first and let stand (first 4 ingredients). Have ready the flour, sugar, oleo, egg, soda, salt and vanilla. Combine and cream sugar, oleo and egg; add dry ingredients with sour cream and rhubarb. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
