- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- cut rhubarb - 3 c
- sour or buttermilk - 1 c
How to make rhubarb coffee cake:
Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts; put in 9 x or 10 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Coffee cakes.
