  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • cut rhubarb - 3 c
  • sour or buttermilk - 1 c

How to make rhubarb coffee cake:

Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts; put in 9 x or 10 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
