Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- boiling water - 1 c
- strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- corn starch - 1/4 c
- rhubarb - 1 qt
- pie crust - 1 item
- pat of butter - 1 item
How to make rhubarb cobbler:
Put rhubarb into large cake pan. Add pineapple. Sprinkle sugar and corn starch mixture over rhubarb. Dissolve Jell-O and pour over rhubarb. Dot with butter, then cover with pie crust.
