Rhubarb cobbler



  • sugar
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • corn starch - 1/4 c
  • rhubarb - 1 qt
  • pie crust - 1 item
  • pat of butter - 1 item

How to make rhubarb cobbler:

Put rhubarb into large cake pan. Add pineapple. Sprinkle sugar and corn starch mixture over rhubarb. Dissolve Jell-O and pour over rhubarb. Dot with butter, then cover with pie crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until crust is brown and rhubarb is soft.
