Rhubarb cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- dark brown sugar
- shortening or margarine - 1/2 c
- raw rhubarb, cut very fine
How to make rhubarb cake:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
