Rhubarb cake



  • sugar
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • lemon or yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • rhubarb, cut into small pieces - 4 c

How to make rhubarb cake:

Prepare cake mix per directions. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan (or larger). Mix rhubarb with sugar well. Top cake mix with rhubarb, evenly. Pour whipping cream over rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
