- sugar
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- lemon or yellow cake mix - 1 item
- rhubarb, cut into small pieces - 4 c
How to make rhubarb cake:
Prepare cake mix per directions. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan (or larger). Mix rhubarb with sugar well. Top cake mix with rhubarb, evenly. Pour whipping cream over rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
