• sour cream - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• salt optional - 1/8 tsp

• Put in 9 x 9-inch greased and floured pan

How to make rhubarb cake:

Mix in order given. Put in 9 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.Topping:1/2 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. cinnamon3/4 c. brown sugar Mix together and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
