- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- rhubarb
How to make rhubarb cake:
Filling:4 c. rhubarb1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O Crumb Mixture (Topping):1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. flour3 Tbsp. butter Cake: Mix all ingredients well. Batter will be stiff. Smooth into a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan,.Filling: Mix well and place over cake batter.
Topping: Mix and place over filling.
Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
