How to make rhubarb cake:

Filling:4 c. rhubarb1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O Crumb Mixture (Topping):1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. flour3 Tbsp. butter Cake: Mix all ingredients well. Batter will be stiff. Smooth into a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan,.

Filling: Mix well and place over cake batter.

Topping: Mix and place over filling.

Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
