Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- rhubarb, cut fine - 3 c
How to make rhubarb cake:
Mix together. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
