Ingredients/Components
- mayo - 1 c
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- can drained sauerkraut - 16 oz
- 1-2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1-2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- snack rye bread or other - 1 item
How to make reuben spread:
Combine all ingredients except bread in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on high 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Turn cooker on low to keep warm while serving. Spread on slices or bread.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Beef, Spreads.
