Ingredients/Components
- Swiss cheese - 2 lb
- sauerkraut - 32 oz
- Thousand Island dressing - 1/4 c
- corned beef
How to make reuben dip:
Cube Swiss cheese and add to crock-pot. Drain sauerkraut and add to crock-pot. Add Thousand Island dressing. Chop corned beef and add to crock-pot. Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Serve with cocktail rye bread.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Dips.
