  • Swiss cheese - 2 lb
  • sauerkraut - 32 oz
  • Thousand Island dressing - 1/4 c
  • corned beef

How to make reuben dip:

Cube Swiss cheese and add to crock-pot. Drain sauerkraut and add to crock-pot. Add Thousand Island dressing. Chop corned beef and add to crock-pot. Heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Serve with cocktail rye bread.
