Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- Crisco - 2 Tbsp
- warm water - 1/2 c
- ice water - 1/2 c
- yeast cake - 1 item
How to make refrigerator rolls:
Scald 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons Crisco. Take off stove and add ice water. Add yeast cake to warm water. Mix with flour, salt and sugar, sifted together. Make soft dough; roll out and let rise for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, Yeast breads.
