  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • cold water - 1 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • sifted all-purpose flour - 8 9
  • dry yeast - 1 yeast
  • lukewarm water - 1/2 c

How to make refrigerator rolls:

Soak yeast in lukewarm water. Place butter, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl. Add boiling water to ingredients in bowl. When butter melts, add cold water, eggs and yeast mixture. Stir in flour. Put into well-greased bowl, cover and store in refrigerator. Make up rolls as needed, shaping and allowing them to double in bulk. Bake in preheated oven at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
