  • butter - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • plain flour
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • pecan pieces - 1 c

How to make refrigerator cookies:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill. Roll into logs. Chill overnight. Slice thin. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
