  • sugar - 3 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • soda - 5 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 qt
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • vegetable oil - 1 c
  • plain flour - 5 c
  • box Raisin Bran - 1 oz

How to make refrigerator bran muffins:

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Grease muffin tins and fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 350°. Batter keeps for 6 to 9 weeks in refrigerator.

Repeat favorite.
