Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- soda - 5 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- plain flour - 5 c
- box Raisin Bran - 1 oz
How to make refrigerator bran muffins:
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Grease muffin tins and fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 350°. Batter keeps for 6 to 9 weeks in refrigerator.Repeat favorite.
