Ingredients/Components
- ring bologna, skinned - 1 item
- cans dark red kidney beans - 2 item
- can stewed, diced tomatoes - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- chili powder to taste - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
How to make red beans and rice:
In electric skillet, combine ring bologna (chopped bite size), kidney beans (don't drain) and stewed tomatoes (don't drain). Boil rice. Add to mixture. Add chili powder; salt to taste. Simmer on low about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Pork, Beans, Rice.
