Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- few grains garlic salt - 1 item
How to make raw vegetable dip:
Place the cream cheese in a bowl and allow it to stand for about 20 minutes at room temperature to soften. Add the milk, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese and salt to the softened cream cheese. Mix with a spoon or an electric mixer on low speed. Place the cheese mixture in a small dish and serve it with raw vegetables.Try this variation: In place of the Parmesan cheese, use 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese (about 1/2 pound).
