  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • chopped raw apples - 4 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (325°glass). Check, bakes faster sometimes.
