- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 3 c
- salad oil
- diced apples - 3 c
- Add oil and blend well
How to make raw apple cake:
Cream eggs and sugar. Add oil and blend well. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add to egg mixture. Stir in nuts and apples. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes.Glaze:1 stick margarine1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk Let boil 2 1/2 minutes.
