Raw apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• oil
• eggs - 2 item
• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• diced apples - 3 c
• chopped walnuts - 1 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Beat together the sugar, oil and eggs. Add flour, soda and cinnamon (sifted). Add vanilla, apples and walnuts. Make a stiff dough. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
