Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- peeled, diced apples - 3 c
How to make raw apple cake:
Mix sugar, oil and eggs well. Sift dry ingredients and add to fruit mixture. Fold apples, nuts and flour into eggs. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 375°. Leave in pan. Combine 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup milk. Cook in microwave 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake while still warm. Cool completely and remove from pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
