Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 4 c
- water - 2 Tbsp
- sage - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- rosemary - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- beef roast - 2 lb
- pork roast - 2 lb
- Dough:6 eggs
How to make ravioli:
Dough:6 eggs4 c. flour2 Tbsp. water Season and cook roast together until done. Cool. Put through food processor or grinder. Add 3 eggs and grated cheese. Form into small balls. Put into a bowl and set aside.Make dough: Place flour in a bowl. Mix eggs in flour. Mix until dough is smooth. Remove dough and lightly coat with oil. Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside to rest. Then divide dough in several amounts, working on one at a time. Roll out in thin sheets. Cut dough into circles.
Put 1 teaspoon of meat on each circle (1 small ball). Fold over and crimp edges with fork well. Repeat, using all dough. These may be frozen or cooked fresh in salted, boiling water for 20 minutes or until done. Serve with sauce.
