- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water
- coconut - 2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- 4 serving size vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
- 2 layer size yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make rave review coconut cake:
Frosting:1 pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in pineapple, coconut and pecans. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. Mix frosting.
