- green peppers - 4 item
- large onions - 2 item
- large can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- summer squash - 2 item
- to 4 zucchini - 3 item
How to make ratatouille:
Saute onions in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add peppers, zucchini and squash. Cook until half done. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Cook until desired tenderness.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Main dish.
