Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 pt
- oleo - 1/2 c
- vanilla wafers, crushed
- raspberries, drained - 1 qt
- wafers, crushed - 1/2 c
How to make raspberry torte:
Spread the 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers in the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan. Beat the egg, powdered sugar and oleo; spread over crumbs. Spread the raspberries. Spread the Cool Whip. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crushed wafers on top. Refrigerate 4 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Low sodium.
