Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- bag frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed - 1 (12
- schnapps pear, peach or your choice - 2 Tbsp
How to make raspberry sauce:
Puree ingredients in food processor, then strain. Cover, chill until ready to use.Can be made 2 days in advance.
This is a thick, very tasty sauce. Drizzle - don't pour. Or, cover plate and set dessert on top.
