Raspberry pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- baking powder
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- sweet milk - 1 c
- black raspberries - 1 qt
How to make raspberry pudding:
Mix thoroughly, sugar, eggs and melted butter. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Combine mixtures, alternately, with milk. Put thin layer of dough in prepared pans, 1 layer of berries (1 pint) and top with balance of batter. Then top with balance of berries. Bake in 1 large pan, 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inches or 2 medium pans, which are greased and floured. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325° to 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Puddings and mousses.
