Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- seedless raspberry jam - 1 item
- almond paste - 1 item
How to make raspberry muffins:
Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add sour cream and almond extract; mix. Add flour, soda and powder. Beat well. Put one tablespoon batter in each muffin cup. Add 1 teaspoon jam and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond paste. Fill with more batter and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, until golden. Makes 12 to 14 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
