  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • raspberry sherbet - 1 qt
  • lemon juice from concentrate - 1/3 c
  • 750 ml bottle Asti Spumante or champagne, chilled - 1 item
  • 750 ml bottle red Rose wine, chilled - 1 item

How to make raspberry champagne punch:

In blender, puree raspberries. In large punch bowl, combine pureed raspberries, lemon juice, sugar and wine. Stir until sugar dissolves. Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl. Add sparkling wine. Stir gently. Makes about 3 quarts.
