Ranchero macaroni bake

- milk - 1 c
- salsa - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- crushed tortilla chips - 1 c
- or 12 oz - 3 c
- hot cooked elbow macaroni 3 c - 6 c
How to make ranchero macaroni bake:
In a large bowl, combine soup and milk. Stir in macaroni, cheese and salsa. Spoon into a 3-quart oblong baking dish. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle chips over macaroni mixture. Bake 5 minutes more or until hot and bubbling.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
