Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- grated Velveeta cheese - 3/4 c
- slices bacon, diced - 6 item
- jar sliced mushrooms - 1 1/2
- cans Mexican corn - 2 oz
How to make ranchero corn:
Fry bacon until cooked, but not brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in drained mushrooms and onions. Saut?© until onion is tender. Blend in corn (drained) and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Mushroom, Pork, Bacon.
