  • salad oil
  • sesame seed - 1 item
  • chopped green onions - 1/2 c
  • rice vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • slivered almonds
  • cooked chicken, diced - 1 c
  • sesame oil - 1 2
  • dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
  • can water chestnuts, chopped - 1 item
  • head shredded nappa cabbage or use 1/2 bag coleslaw mix from produce department - 1/2 item
  • chicken flavored Ramen, broken into small pieces - 1 2
  • seasoning from Ramen - 1 pkg

How to make ramen salad:

Dressing:1/4 c. salad oil3 Tbsp. rice vinegar2 tsp. sugar1 pkg. seasoning from Ramen1 to 2 tsp. sesame oil dash of cayenne pepper Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad; mix well. Allow flavors to blend several hours or overnight.
