Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- raisins - 1 c
- lemon juice
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- pecan pieces - 1 c
- 8-inch pie crust - 1 item
How to make raisin cream pie:
Put raisins in colander; pour boiling water over. Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, lemon juice and margarine. Mix thoroughly by hand (do not use mixer). In unbaked pie shell, pour raisins and nuts. Pour egg mixture into unbaked pastry shell over nuts and raisins.
