  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 7 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour
  • boxes Muscat raisins 5 c - 2 oz

How to make raisin cake:

Heat butter. Add eggs, sugar and half of flour; mix well. Add vanilla. In separate bowl, mix remaining flour and raisins. Add mixture to batter. Bake at 275° until done.
