Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 5 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- box Raisin Bran - 15 oz
How to make raisin bran muffins:
Stir together dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients and mix with dry. Mix well but do not overmix. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep in airtight containers. Will keep for 6 weeks.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
