Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- soda - 5 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- salad oil - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- Raisin Bran cereal - 4 c
How to make raisin bran muffins:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well and store in refrigerator in airtight container. Do not stir before using. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Keeps well. Use as needed.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
