Raisin bran muffins
Ingredients/Components
- box 15 ounce 6 cups raisin bran - 1 item
- cups sugar - 3 item
- cups flour - 5 item
- teaspoons soda - 5 item
- teaspoons salt - 2 item
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- quart buttermilk - 1 item
- cup oil or melted shortening - 1 item
How to make raisin bran muffins:
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the eggs, buttermilk and oil and mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to bake. Will keep up to six weeks or baked muffins will keep frozen up to six months.I make these when I'm having lots of breakfast company.
