  • clove minced garlic - 1 item
  • seasoned breadcrumbs - 1 item

How to make rack of lamb:

Rub the minced garlic over the top of your rack of lamb. Sprinkle generously with rosemary, salt and lemon pepper. Roast in a preheated oven at 375° for 30 minutes if you like your lamb rare; 45 minutes if you like it done well. (We cook it 45 minutes.)
