Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- warm water - 3/4 c
- yeast - 1 pkg
How to make quick rolls:
Blend first 6 ingredients and add 1 cup flour. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Stir down and add 1 1/2 cups flour. Stir and knead for 3 minutes. Roll in a ball. Put in a greased pan; let rise for 25 minutes. Bake at 400° until brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, Yeast breads.
