Ingredients/Components
- light cream - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- instant chicken bouillon granules
- dash of ground nutmeg - 1 item
- dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- chives - 1 item
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
- white powder - 1/8 tsp
How to make quick potato soup:
In a 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients except chives. Cook on High for 4 1/2 minutes until bubbly, stirring twice. Top with chives. Serve hot or cold. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Gluten Free.
