  • light cream - 2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of garlic powder - 1 item
  • instant chicken bouillon granules
  • dash of ground nutmeg - 1 item
  • dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • onion powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chives - 1 item
  • mashed potatoes - 2 c
  • white powder - 1/8 tsp

How to make quick potato soup:

In a 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients except chives. Cook on High for 4 1/2 minutes until bubbly, stirring twice. Top with chives. Serve hot or cold. Serves 4 to 6.
