Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- Bisquick mix - 3/4 c
- jar pizza sauce - 1 oz
How to make quick pizza casserole:
Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings. Spoon beef into an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine Bisquick, milk and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
